The main performance characteristics:
The main unit of this series of hydraulic press machine adopts a three-beam four-column structure, the hydraulic system uses a cartridge valve oil circuit, and the electrical system uses a relay or PLC control circuit. It has adjustment and semi-automatic operation modes.
The whole hydraulic press machine is simple, compact, economical and reasonable, and has a long service time. The hydraulic impact force is small, reducing the connection pipeline and leakage.
The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range of this series of hydraulic press machines can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements, and two process methods of constant pressure and fixed stroke can be realized.
During constant pressure molding, there is a pressure-holding delay and automatic return after pressing.
Application field :
This series of hydraulic press machine is suitable for the pressing process of various plastic materials, such as stamping, bending, flanging, sheet stretching, etc. Can also be engaged in calibration, press-fitting, grinding wheel molding, cold extrusion metal parts molding, plastic products,rubber products and powder products compression molding process. Hydraulic Press System:
The hydraulic transmission device of the machine is arranged beside the hydraulic press machine, and its role is to control the movement of the slider. The hydraulic control system adopts the integral two-way plug-in valve integrated block. It has fast response speed, large oil-passing capacity, small flow resistance, reliable operation and easy maintenance. The power device of the cartridge valve uses a large flow CY high pressure variable axial piston pump.
The large-diameter pipes of the hydraulic system are connected by flange joints, which are shockproof and leak-proof. The hydraulic oil tank is equipped with an oil filter device and a liquid level display device. The filling tank is installed on the upper end of the upper beam.

Oil Pump

Nine plunger, high oil supply density, more stable flow, greatly reducing the phenomenon of micro-crawling of the cylinder piston, suitable for fine work, especially for the metal drawing industry, the forming effect is better.

Hard Pipe
The pressure line is connected by hard pipe, which has the advantages of
(1). Neat and beautiful;
(2). Reduce the impact on the pipeline , and it is more difficult to spill.

Combination Gasket
All oil joints are sealed with a combination of gaskets, internally with rubber, externally with customized red copper.
The advantages:
(1).The ductility of red copper is strong, making the bond tight;
(2).The red copper can effectively protect the rubber skin from breakage.

Seal Ring
After rough machining on an ordinary lathe and finishing by a CNC lathe, the α angle is processed more smoothly, the quality is completely uniform, and the seal is tight and difficult to leak.
Piston Rod And Column
(1).Medium-frequency hardening of 45 steel, deepening the material 2-3 mm, making the surface hardness of the piston rod to 55 ,effective solution to seal ring injury,not easy to scratch it.
(2).For the workpiece after medium-frequency quenching, we use the lathe to soft throw it, and then use an cylindricall grinding machine to repair the deformation, to ensure the accuracy.
